Make the logistics scannable

Event, guest of honour, date, time, location or link, and reply method should be easy to find. Everything else is optional.

Considerate

A gift is not an entry ticket

Omit the topic, say no gifts, keep gifts optional or add a private registry placeholder. Do not shame or pressure guests.

Contained

Send details to the intended circle

A home address, contact or joining link can travel beyond its recipient. Add it only in a destination you have checked.

One label is not one ritual

Use the ceremony name your family confirms

Godh Bharai, Seemantham, Valaikappu, Dohale Jevan and other prenatal celebrations can differ by family, language and community. This page does not translate them or prescribe their host, month, dress, items or sequence. Choose the family placeholder when another name fits, then verify its spelling offline.

Baby shower invitation FAQs

What details belong in a baby shower invitation?

A clear invitation usually identifies the event, guest of honour, date, time, location or joining link, and how to reply. Gift, dress, food, parking, photography and ceremony details are optional. This tool leaves every personal detail as a placeholder.

Can I use it for Godh Bharai, Seemantham or another family ceremony?

Choose Godh Bharai or the family-ceremony placeholder, then replace that placeholder with the exact name your family uses. The builder does not treat regional ceremonies as interchangeable and does not supply ritual or translated wording.

Does this tool choose when to hold a baby shower?

No. It gives no pregnancy week, month, trimester or medical timing recommendation. Agree the event plan with the guest of honour and take individual health, travel or activity questions to their own qualified maternity-care professional.

Can I ask guests not to bring gifts?

Yes. Choose no gifts, make gifts optional, add a registry placeholder or omit the topic. The generated wording does not make a gift a condition of attendance.

Can it make a WhatsApp invitation card?

It creates words for a WhatsApp message, a card and a reminder. It does not create an image, video, group, event page or RSVP database. Paste the selected copy into the destination you control.

Will Babynama save my event address or guest list?

No. The page has no fields for names, dates, addresses, contacts, photos, links or guest lists. It stores no selections or generated invitations and does not put them in the URL.

Does a no-posting line prevent screenshots or forwarding?

No. It communicates a preference but cannot enforce it. Add private details only in an appropriate destination, check the recipients and assume copied information may travel further.
