Baby Growth Percentile Checker

Track your baby's growth using WHO Child Growth Standards. Enter your baby's measurements to see how they compare with other children of the same age and gender.

What are growth percentiles?

Growth percentiles show how your baby's measurements compare to other children of the same age and gender, based on the WHO Child Growth Standards. For example, if your baby is in the 60th percentile for weight, it means 60% of babies of the same age and gender weigh less.

Percentiles between the 3rd and 97th are generally considered within normal range. What matters most is that your baby follows a consistent growth pattern over time, not a single reading.

How we calculate

This tool uses the LMS method (Lambda-Mu-Sigma) from the WHO Child Growth Standards. The L, M, and S values describe the distribution of measurements at each age. We interpolate between monthly reference points to match your baby's exact age.
